You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Your barcode can be scanned on entry or alternatively save the ticket to your phones digital wallet and this can also be scanned. You do not need to print your ticket.
Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Boston Park Farm directly at info@bostonpark.com giving a minimum of 24hrs notice.
Tickets and order changes can be made once free of charge and are subject to times and availability. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so. But any subsequent changes will incur an administrative fee of £2 per person.
Refunds for differences in ticket prices will not be given if changing to a date which carries a lower ticket cost.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Boston Park Farm and will be subject to an admin fee of £2 per order.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this email on arrival on your phone or add the ticket to your phone's digital wallet. You can also bring a printed copy if this is easier.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply show the confirmation email on your phone. Or add the tickets to your digital wallet and show them on your phone.
Absolutely! The animals love to make new friends, no matter how they visit, so all of our activities are pushchair and wheelchair accessible. Remember though that it is a field, so it will be a little bumpy and muddy in places!
Most tickets can be purchased on the day If there are spaces available, unless specified for seasonal events such as Christmas, when on the door tickets will not be available.

There’s plenty to do both indoors and outdoors at Boston Park Farm, but for your comfort, we’d recommend wearing sensible sturdy shoes and be prepared to go off-road a little!
Yes, you can! As long as they are well behaved and kept on a short lead then your furry friend is very welcome in all areas of the farm including the cafe. The only restriction is the lambing barn during lambing season.
Unfortunately the farm is not on a bus route. The best way would be to get a taxi.
Yes we do! You get £1 discount per person. This is only available on week days during term time and cant be booked online so just turn up and pay on arrival.
Our policy for disability and carers tickets is as follows.
You qualify as disabled under the equality act 2010 if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial’ and ‘long-term’ negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities. We do not ask for proof of disability but ask that you only book this ticket if you fall into this description.
Boston Park Farm offers a free carer ticket for independent employed carers. Valid ID must be shown on arrival. Carer tickets are only available for general admission and are not applicable for events (unless specific tickets are offered). Other discounts (e.g., DLA/PIP or foster carers) are not accepted
